Patagonia Footwear creates top-quality shoes and sandals while doing as little harm to the environment as possible. Their green construction includes designs such as sewn-on soles which eliminate the need for glues. Hemp, all-natural latex, laces made from scrap leather, and recycled EVA midsoles hint at Patagonia Footwear’s innovative uses of eco-friendly materials. Shoes from this eco-conscious company bring you as close to walking barefoot on the grass as you can get with shoes on your feet.

POLARIZED LENSES REINVENTED AND PERFECTED THROUGH SR-91.

Glass wasn’t strong enough. Polycarbonate wasn’t clear enough. Neither material allowed for custom tints and Light Transmission Levels. So the founders of Kaenon developed SR-91 – a completely new polarized lens material that combines the superior optical quality of the finest glass and the light-weight, strength and impact resistance of polycarbonate and none of the bad properties. Visit Patagonia by Ducksback to view the full line of Kaenon Sunglasses – The sunglass that has to been seen “though” to be believed.

  Common Threads Garment Recycling
Way too much of what is made these days ends up in the trash at the end of its useful life. In 2005 Patagonia launched our Common Threads Garment Recycling Program, through which customers could return their worn out Capilene® Performance Baselayers to us for recycling. We've since been able to expand the list of recyclable garments to include worn out Patagonia® fleece, Polartec® fleece clothing (from any maker), Patagonia cotton T-shirts, and now some additional polyester and nylon 6 products that come with a Common Threads tag. Check out the details here>>>
